Keep fit, healthy and happy by exercising every day through #Daily15

It doesn’t matter if you’re in school, physically distancing or distance learning.

#Daily15 is easy to do at home and easy to implement in schools.

It helps you stay physically and mentally healthy – even more important during the current coronavirus pandemic!

#Daily15 is the latest initiative from The Daily Mile UAE in partnership with ADNOC, and is supported by the UAE Ministry of Education.

Choose Your #Daily15

The Daily Mile is 15 minutes of walking, jogging or running every single day. Normally over 3 million children and 12,000 schools worldwide take part.

However with many schools facing restrictions that’s not possible for everybody.

#Daily15 helps you exercise regardless of your school’s situation.

The concept is simple – choose an exercise or exercises based on the number 15, and do it!

Ideally that means 15 minutes of running. But if your school isn’t allowed, or if you can’t go outside, choose something else.

To make it easier we’re sharing a weekly flyer with ideas for your #Daily15
