Keep fit, healthy and happy by exercising every day through #Daily15

The concept is simple. Each day, choose an exercise or exercises based on the number 15 and do it!

We’ve shared some examples below and each week you can download new #Daily15 challenges with even more ideas.

Students and teachers also have the chance of winning AED 500 of sports apparel in our competition throughout the month of Dubai Fitness Challenge.

#Daily15 is the latest initiative by The Daily Mile UAE in partnership with ADNOC.

Ministry of Education students: Win 500AED of sportswear!

Enter the Ministry of Education’s E11 Challenge in partnership with #Daily15 and Dubai Fitness Challenge, and you could win 500AED worth of sportswear.

Join your school to walk, jog and run a total of 558km as quick as you can – the length of our nation’s longest road, the E11.

The top 5 students and top 5 teachers will receive prizes for the most amount of distance covered between 15-27 November. For more details ask your school’s PHE Department.

#Daily15 is fully inclusive and easy to do.

It doesn’t matter if you’re in school, physically distancing or distance learning. It’s a way for everybody to stay physically and mentally healthy, regardless of ability level.
